Reporting on Shoutouts

Same here 🙋🏼 We’d love to use kudos & shoutouts as part of values awards internally and some reporting would be a super helpful way to go about it that avoids having a whole other nomination process running outside of bob.

I don’t know what being added to the Feature Request means but do add me if it means getting updates on this, or just helping with it in some way 🤗 Thanks!

@Maital Terdiman can you please tell me if there has been any further movement on this feature? We would like to know the audience that has been selected for Shoutouts and Kudos… Many thanks

@Maital Terdiman I can see a report was released in August, which is good but would be nice for admins to see the audience that is selected from within the homepage.

The report is an improvement, but basic. It would be good if the report downloaded the content of the kudos or shoutout so we don’t have to trawl through the home page to find what was written. Also, if the values are tagged in the post, it pulls through on the report as a number rather than the value itself

@Kate Tennant totally agree, if the values are being pulled as a number surely, it can be turned into their name? A number is not helpful as we can’t tell which value it corresponds with.

@Kate Tennant there is a column ‘Link to post’ - which when selected will take you straight to the post - no need for trawling 🤗

Regarding the value being pulled in as a number, the team are on the case and reviewing this!

Audience is also a column that can be added to the report.

Thanks for the response and update. The link to post doesn’t pull through on to the report when it’s downloaded. It would be useful to have this for when I share with the management team 👍

Values are now pulling through to the downloaded post report which is great 👍, but it’s not pulling through Audience and Link to Post even though it shows on the report on the screen. Could the team review this?

Feature Request – Post View Count 👀

Hope you’re doing great 😊 Just a quick suggestion: it would be awesome to have a simple view count on posts and announcements.

Nothing fancy — just being able to see how many people have viewed a post would go a long way in helping us track reach and engagement.

Great suggestion ​@Tomas Desiderioscioli we’d find this really helpful too. We’re seeing a drop off in the frequency of people logging into Bob so to get an analysis of what people are reading or reacting to would help form our content plan 👍

As a matter of interest, what engagement rates are other people seeing on shoutouts? Are there any trends that people are experiencing in terms of better days to post, type of content that people are engaging with. Any suggestions gratefully received 😊 🙏

Hi, We would like to see how many views a post has, is this possible?

​@Maital Terdiman is there any intention of adding the actual body of the shoutout/kudos to the report?  We like to recognize team members at our bi monthly all staff meetings and whilst the report in its current format is an improvement on having nothing it would be so helpful to be able to just schedule the report to run on the same of our all staff and be able to share with the team without having to then link one by one to all the posts
