Reporting on Shoutouts

We would like to be able to report on Shoutouts and Kudos also. 

We would love the ability to report on this and also search past shoutouts on the homepage. Thank you

Hi, I would suggest to be able to search on a tag, or on who posted, or on topic

@Lewys Gammond-Phillips  Talking about recognition and kudos, it could be interesting to look at introducing badges on employees’s profiles linked to Kudos received, given, and maybe other forms of recognition received when HiBob develops that area further!

We would also love to be able to report on the Kudos our employees share about one another and link this to our wider recognition programme. The Badges idea is great - especially if there are different ones to choose from - like teamwork, creativity, personal development, problem solver etc etc

Please add Leapwork to this feature request.

I echo the need to run reports on kudos to provide awards/recognition for the people most frequently mentioned in Kudos and Shoutouts.

Additionally, we recently launched, and I would love to be able to see/track the engagement of our employees when it comes to Kudos and Shoutouts. Who’s sending/who’s being mentioned, etc.? Thanks!

📌One thing to note: You can track Kudos from the Talent tab or from an employee's profile
-To track from Talent: click Talent> then Performance> People's Reviews> select the user at the top
-To track from an employee's profile: click on the employee> then click View Timeline at the top

@Lindsay Sinenberg On individual level this works fine.

I believe we are asking for a bit elaborate tracking in terms of how many kudos are given and when. Certain metrics around Kudos posts.

@Joel Fischer Absolutely! Just wanted to note the timeline feature since some users aren’t aware that its there and Kudos are included but a full report for all employees is definitely needed 😊

Adding on - this would be really useful for where we don't use the performance feature

This is going to be important for ourselves also. We would wholly support the ability to report on the shout out.

Can you please add team.blue to this feature request as well? We are also interested in having this option.

It would be nice to have shoutout reports especially reports that show the views of the shoutout like LinkedIn does. It is an important metric to have the views, since there are colleagues who do not feel comfortable making a reaction to a shoutout.

I completely agree that being able to report on shoutouts and kudos would be incredibly useful. I've received feedback from both HR and Marketing that they're interested in seeing and tracking the engagement of our employees when it comes to kudos and shoutouts, including who is sending them and who is being mentioned.

This is important to us as well.  If it is possible to make a related request for a shoutout engagement report to understand what employees are consistently reacting to, that would also be helpful for us!

@Lewys Gammond-Phillips  this would be interesting for us as well so we can use them for performance management but also for our BSI accreditations they want us to show feedback. 

Is there any news on reports on kudos and shoutouts?  @Customer Experience Team 

Additionally, is there a way to search for shoutouts or kudos instead of scrolling through the entire timeline?

I have had a nosy and can see that it is set for the roadmap, but currently no set time-frame for release.
