If you want employees to quickly access a Google Form from Bob, you can add the form’s URL to the Essentials section.
Google Forms can’t be added to Quick actions. Quick actions are designed for flows in Bob, so an external Google Form can’t be added there as an action.
Instead, add the Google Form URL to the Essentials section. Employees can then access and complete the form directly from the link provided there.
