Interview Time Slots Are Limited to Working Hours

When you offer interview time slots to a candidate, the available times are determined by the interviewer's working pattern and, if applicable, their connected calendar.

The interview time slots that Bob suggests are based on two factors:

Working pattern: Bob only offers time slots that fall within the interviewer's configured working hours. For example, if the working pattern is set to Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, earlier or later time slots won't be available.

Calendar integration: If Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook is connected, Bob also checks the interviewer's calendar and excludes any times that are already occupied.

If you need to offer interview slots outside the default hours, update the interviewer's working pattern to include the additional availability. Once the working pattern has been expanded, Bob can offer those earlier or later time slots, provided they aren't blocked by existing calendar events.
