If your interview confirmation email is only pulling in the city instead of the full address, it’s likely tied to how the site address is set up in Bob.
The Interview site address field in Hiring pulls directly from the Address line 1 field in your site settings. If that field only includes the city, that’s all that will appear in the email template.
To fix this:
1 - Go to System settings
2 - Click My company
3 - Select Sites
4 - Choose the relevant site
5 - Update the Address line 1 field to include the full address (e.g., street, number, city)
6 - Save your changes
Once updated, the full address will be reflected when using the Interview site address variable in your email templates.
