By default, only admins can view ‘Change type’ (in the Work table) since it may contain sensitive data.
In order to allow non admins to view the 'Change type' field, grant the 'View the Work section's history and future data in this person's profile' permission as well as the 'View section Work in this person's profile' permissions to the Work table in the permission group.
