Deleting/Renaming a list value.

  1. Renaming will change the wording on the profiles of the employees that have that specific reason.

 

  1. Deleting will delete the option, and you'll no longer be able to filter reports by it, but the reason will stay in the employees' profiles unless the lifecycle category is edited.
