Check the Trigger Date:
- If the task was triggered and there wasn't an upcoming record on that date, the variable will appear empty.

Same Value Issue:
- If there was an upcoming record, but its field (like job title or site) had the same value as the previous record, the variable might not be populated.
Important Note:
- For most fields (except the effective date), if there's no upcoming data, we'll use the current record's value.
- For the effective date, if there's no upcoming data, it will remain empty.
