You should check the settings in Chrome to enable that option


-Clicking on the 3 dots on the top right of your Chrome window and go to:

  •  Settings  
  • Privacy & security  
  • Site settings  
  • Additional Permissions  
  • Automatic downloads
  •  Sites can ask automatically download multiple files
