Adding Actual payments data to Esign templates

The fields in the actual payments table are not yet available to include in an eSign template.

Hi, has there been any update on the Actual Payments feature and ability to pull into letters? We’d love to use this for Bonus data payment records and letter automation. Would be good to know if changes are in the roadmap, thanks!

    I would also like to know if this is available for the same purposes. I can see the fields via Esign templates, but when we try to preview and test, it does not pull the values from the Actual Payments table. Is this expected behavior?

    Hi Karla! To send out our bonus letters, we ended up using a bonus Compensation event. This did require us to manually enter the bonus amounts for every eligible employee (something we were trying to avoid) but allowed us to pull the “Actual payment - bonus” data into letter templates and publish the bonus data to the “Actual Payments” table.
