If most widgets match but the Average Age does not, the difference is usually related to permissions on personal data, rather than dashboard filters or lifecycle access.
The Average Age widget relies on the Age field, which is stored in the Personal category. Because this field is considered sensitive, users need more than basic view access for the widget to calculate correctly.
To see matching results, the permission group must include:
- View selected employees' Personal sections
- View selected employees' Personal section histories
- Edit selected employees' Personal sections
Even though the user is not editing data, the edit permission is required for sensitive fields like Age to be included in the calculation.
