I recently created this guide for one of my clients, and thought I’d share with the wider community. Hopefully, this will be of benefit to those of you either based in South Africa or your company is looking to enter the market.

    Thanks! What about the law that states that they can only use 1 per 26 days worked in the first 6 months?

    We have employees who sometimes use a big chunk of their sick days very quickly. I don’t currently have a way to implement it in bob.

    I was wondering if you found any kind of workaround to your above query? I’m trying to tackle it now and finding it absolutely impossible.

      I do - I essentailly delete the future balances 3 years down the line so they don’t accrue an additional 30 days each year and retain the balance used. 

       

      I then have an auto-timed reminder after three years to up their balance.
