Once a compensation letter template is created, it stays available in Bob and can be used again for future monthly, quarterly, or annual compensation events. When you send the letter from an event, Bob automatically pulls the relevant data like salary changes or effective dates from that specific event.
Using conditions allows you to reuse the same template while controlling who receives it.
