When requesting signatures for compensation letters in a compensation event, only folders that are accessible to all participants in the event are available for selection.
For example, if your compensation event includes employees from multiple sites, a folder that is restricted to employees from only one of those sites won't appear in the folder list.
In some cases, there may be no existing folder that all participants can access. When this happens, the folder list may appear empty.
To continue, create a new folder that is accessible to either:
- All participants in the compensation event (make sure to check for on leave or terminated employees in the event)
- All employees
Once the folder is accessible to everyone included in the event, it can be selected when requesting signatures.
