Trying to reassign participants to a different worksheet but the "Move to worksheet" option is greyed out?
This happens when participants are also planners under the same worksheet.
What you can do:
- If the original planner is no longer active (e.g. has left the company), an admin can submit the worksheet on their behalf.
- Assign a higher-level manager to submit changes, as long as that manager has access to payroll and historical data.
- Co-planners can’t be added if the person is already higher up in the planning hierarchy.
