Adding/removing planners in a running compensation event.

Once a compensation event is running, it is not possible to add employees as planners. What can be done is add them as co-planners to an existing worksheet.

In order to add employees as planners, you’ll have to go back to the compensation event setup in order to edit the planners.

An individual cannot be added as a co-planner to a worksheet where they are a participant. This restriction is clearly stated in the guidelines for setting up compensation events, which specify that co-planners cannot be participants in the worksheet they are assigned to
