If you are an Admin in Bob, you will see a section called Get more out of Bob at the bottom of your Bob Products menu, which is located as a menus icon on the top left of your screen in Bob.

Click Get more out of Bob, and you can check out all of the Bob Products we offer, read more about the ones which interest you, and even request a demo (this will send a notification to your CSM, who will get in touch).

  1. Select the menu icon, located on the top left of your screen in Bob
  2. Select Get more out of Bob, which is at the bottom of the Bob Products dropdown menu
  3. Learn more about the Bob Products we offer!

Hi @Lewys Gammond-Phillips,

Thank you for creating this page!
Couple of questions from my side:

  1. What exactly is an “Add-on”?
  2. If "Your Voice" and "Mercer Benchmarking" are add-ons then why is Hiring, Learning, Payroll and Compensation not marked as Module? Just tryin to understand the reasoning behind this and what this all means.

  3. Time & Attendance is now called “Attendance” and is marked as an “Add-on”. What exactly does this mean?

  4. :everytime you access the products overview, it has the additional products as a default page. Why does the system not save the previously selected overview like it does in all other system aspects like when i select specific columns in the directory, those will be saved the next time i go to the directory. It would be beneficial if I as the customer can chose which of the pages i would like to display. My personal preference would be to have the “All products” overview :)

  5. What happens when i click the request a demo button? I clicked the button and i got a message (request sent) in the system but what happens next? Who does the request go to and what can i as a customer expect next?

I look forward to hearing from you / the product team!

Warmest regards,
Moritz

One more question re Workforce Planning

What is the reasoning of changing Position management to "Position"? I agree with the change of Events and Settings but can't seem to understand why position management was changes to a singular form of "Position"? This is the main overview of all positions in a company and should at least be called "Positions" or even "Positions overview" or "Position management"

Hey, @Moritz Dahlström.

I hope you’re having a good end to the week 😄. Happy to hear you like the addition of this page.

We love this type of feedback! I am going to loop our Product Manager for Bob Products in, who should be back in office on Sunday/Monday. They’ll be able to answer your questions, then.

However, I can quickly answer question 5 for you, in regards to request a demo. Clicking that will send a notification to your Customer Success Manager (Sandra), who will be informed that Volocopter has requested a demo on, in this case, Bob Learning (our LMS). They should reach out as soon as possible to arrange that call with you.

Once again, really appreciate you helping us improve Bob. Let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hi @Moritz Dahlström , thanks for all of the great feedback and questions! I’ll try answering one-by-one:

  1. An add-on is basically a module that is not it’s own “Bob Product”, but rather lives inside a different Bob Product. For example - if you purchase the Attendance module, it will not add an “Attendance” Bob Product to your navigation, but rather appear inside the “Bob” product. The reason for this is mostly navigational. We did a lot of research and thinking to organize the new navigation in a way that makes sense for our users, and we wanted to be transparent in the “Get more out of Bob” page so that you know what to expect from your navigation if you purchase a new module.
  2. Continuing on the same answer as above - ‘Your Voice’ lives inside “Bob” and “Mercer Benchmarking” lives inside Compensation - that’s why these are marked as “Add Ons”.
  3. I’ll let @Uri Gilboa , the Attendance product manager, answer this one - he’ll do a better job than me!
  4. This is great feedback, and we actually had an internal discussion about this just last week, so your feedback is coming at just the right time! Look forward to some small changes in that area soon.

I hope this helps - let me know if anything wasn’t clear. Thanks again!

Hi @Moritz Dahlström, how are you?
To your question about “Attendance”, there is nothing new here, we believe that “Attendance” is more clear and concise than “Time and Attendance”, which is often confused for including Time off.

We still have some places in the product and documentation where we say “Time and Attendance”, which we’ll clean up, but for the most part, “Attendance” is the term to use.

I hope this clears things.

Thanks!

Good morning @Inbar Scharf, @Lewys Gammond-Phillips & @Uri Gilboa,

Many thanks for the quick response!
