Onboarding plan in to HiBob

If I understand your Excel sheet correctly, these are all calendar events, which can be easily created through Bob Task Lists.

You can include all of them in your onboarding Task List. In the settings, you just need to choose the correct anchor event, set the timing and choose the invitees. You can choose invitees by roles as well, so once it is set up, Bob can create the events automatically for each new joiner.

Make sure your role setup in Bob is aligned with the participants you need. Otherwise, you may have to select a specific employee directly, which means that if this person leaves in the future, you will need to update the configuration.

So in your case, I would basically transfer the logic from the Excel file into the onboarding Task List and let Bob handle the calendar events automatically.
