The Who's included column, this is only available if, at the beginning of the benefit setup, you selected the 'group insurance' option then you would have to fill in this option, if this does not apply to this benefit, you can leave it blank.
When I try to import employees to the benefits section I get an error where I can't match the 'Who's included' column.
