Your organization already has the signals behind retention risks, hidden skills, capacity constraints, and performance. They’re just scattered across different systems.

That’s where Organizational Intelligence comes in. Bob provides the foundation: It’s where trusted people context lives. HiBob MCP brings that context directly into the tools and conversations where people work, with the permissions and safeguards set in Bob.

Together, they help close the gap between people context and relevant business information, turning disconnected data into Organizational Intelligence.

And the payoff? Leaders can make faster, more confident decisions. They spend less time searching through siloed systems and more time using their judgment, communicating with more care, and reducing avoidable back-and-forth.

Read the full article to see how Bob and HiBob MCP connect the dots, with practical examples spanning performance, retention, workforce capacity, and skills.

Hey @dana.liberty 👋

This is literally what I was thinking about yesterday 😄

I am currently preparing a Talent demo for the management of a larger company and testing how Bob MCP can be used exactly this way.

For me, this is probably the strongest AI use case around HRIS I have seen so far. I have been following and thinking about these use cases for a while, but this feels like something with a real impact rather than just another nice AI feature.

If the people data and Talent data in Bob are structured well, MCP can bring all that context together in one place and make it much more accessible, for management for example. They usually do not have the time to go into Bob, search through different areas and connect all the context themselves.

This way, the data, signals and Talent context can actually become part of real data-driven decision making.

Great post and perfect timing! 👏

@Marek Pavlicek Marek, what perfect timing! Your Talent demo sounds like a great example of how this can come to life in practice.

You’ve captured the opportunity so well: It’s not just about surfacing more data, but making structured people and Talent context accessible at the moment a decision is being made. For management teams that don’t have time to search across Bob and connect every signal themselves, that could make a real difference.

I’d love to hear which use cases resonate most with the management team and how the demo goes. And if you uncover any strong use cases we could share more widely, I’d be very happy to explore turning them into a published article together.

Thanks for sharing this!

Totally agree on this!

I’ll let you know if the demo goes well 🙏
