Old 1-on-1 meetings missing

1-on-1 meetings will appear under Talent > 1-on-1s (either unique meetings or recurring) up to 1 year or 200 meetings, whichever comes first.

Is it possible to change the settings so that the notes are kept for longer than 1 year? We would like to create a 1:1 template for yearly performance & development talks, and be able to see notes for let’s say 2 years back. Also, we would like to know what happens with the notes if the employee changes managers. Will the notes be automatically visible to the new manager?
