Annual Leave in Hours

Hello! A have a member of staff who is part time and works specific hours per day each week. 8 hours on Mondays, 6 hours on Tuesdays etc. As such, we need her annual leave to be tracked and recorded in hours not days. I have set up a unique holiday policy for her but I can’t see the ability to set it in hours. How can I do this?

Hi Lucy, you will need to set up a separate policy type, expressed in hours, and then create the new policy under this policy type. We did that for a few of our markets and it’s been working well so far!
Please note that the employee’s annual leave entitlement will also have to be expressed in hours.
